Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive end‑to‑end hiring processes across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather manpower requirements and define job scopes.
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant portals and proactively source candidates via databases, headhunting, networking, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/virtual interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview guides, and conduct competency‑based assessments when needed.
• Manage selection, reference checks, background verification, and extend job offers, negotiating salary and terms.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers, tracking recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience handling the full recruitment cycle (end‑to‑end).
• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and quality of hire.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
