About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as the bridge between talented candidates and client organisations, helping both sides achieve their goals. You will source, engage and assess candidates, build market knowledge and develop relationships with clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career plans.
• Build candidate networks and stay close to market trends.
• Understand each role beyond the job description to identify the right talent.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer.
• Develop the ability to work with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Share information, ideas and market insights with the wider team.
• Learn about different roles, functions, industries and businesses.

• Confident to pick up the phone and start conversations.
• Commercially minded and motivated by results.
• Able to handle occasional “no” without letting it affect the day.
