Regional Key Account Senior Manager

About the role

The Regional Key Account Senior Manager will build and nurture long‑term, profitable relationships with our most important high‑value clients across ASEAN and India. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key multinational accounts across ASEAN and India, expanding vertically within markets and horizontally across multiple countries.
• Support onboarding of new regional accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
• Monitor operational performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements, conducting regular business reviews.
• Identify performance gaps, risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify up‑selling, cross‑selling and renewal opportunities to support account retention and growth.
• Partner with customers on continuous improvement initiatives and long‑term value creation.
• Collaborate with internal operations, IT and finance teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in key account management and sales within global or regional 3PL, contract logistics, warehousing or freight forwarding environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
