Regional Payroll Executive – 5-Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Regional Payroll Executive on a 5‑month contract to manage end‑to‑end payroll for several premium luxury brands across Australia, New Zealand and Guam. The role is based in Singapore and works closely with brand HR partners and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll for ANZ and Guam markets, handling data collection, verification and journal entries.
• Interpret and apply Australian Modern Awards, New Zealand Holidays Act, PAYG, KiwiSaver and local tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit Single Touch Payroll for Australia and payroll filings for New Zealand.
• Manage statutory deductions, tax filings (IRS forms, Guam tax reports) and off‑cycle pay runs.
• Produce monthly closing data, headcount and overtime cost reports for Finance.
• Execute tax returns, year‑end settlements and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor and optimise payroll system integrations (Workday, iChris, SAP) and participate in system implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll enquiries via the internal ticketing system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on payroll processing experience, preferably with ANZ or US/Guam legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
