Regional PR & Communications Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

About the role

Join Club Med’s regional marketing team as a PR and Communications Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, supporting the brand’s presence across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. You will work closely with the Regional Brand, PR and Communications Senior Manager, gaining hands‑on experience in media relations, social media strategy, and event coordination for a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Club Med, agencies, partners and stakeholders for brand campaigns and partnership activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional PR agencies and media contacts, pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Write, edit and distribute press releases and other communication materials for diverse platforms.
• Manage the corporate media hub, compile monthly media clipping reports and summaries.
• Develop and execute social media and content strategies, including paid campaigns, content creation and performance analysis.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution.
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing events, handling venue selection, vendor coordination and on‑site logistics.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
