Regulatory Risk & Compliance Associate – 2026 Intake

About the role

Join PwC’s Risk Services team as a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Associate. You will work with financial services clients—including banks, insurers, and payments firms—to help them meet regulatory obligations and build resilient compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Support client proposals and pitch activities to drive growth.
• Guide clients through Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and strengthen their regulatory processes.
• Assist managers in developing and implementing robust regulatory policies and procedures.
• Design monitoring plans, conduct compliance testing, and recommend improvements to controls.
• Perform regulatory compliance reviews for financial services audit clients.
• Participate in secondments to gain deep client insight.
• Collaborate with PwC teams worldwide to serve global clients.
• Stay current on technology trends in financial services and contribute ideas for digital compliance tools.

Required profile

• Degree holders in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Law.
• Strong academic record.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
