Relationship Manager - Key Account Clients

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive acquisition and growth of high‑net‑worth clients for Moomoo, a fast‑growing digital brokerage. The role combines client relationship building with delivery of tailored wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new high‑net‑worth clients and grow assets under management and revenue.
• Partner with the Analyst team to provide portfolio reviews, hedging strategies and customized financial solutions.
• Promote the full suite of products, including equities, mutual funds, structured products and derivatives.
• Conduct market and client research, generate leads through seminars, events and roadshows.
• Oversee account setup and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services with direct client‑facing exposure.
• MAS licences or CMFAS examinations are a plus.
• Strong financial knowledge and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively.
