Relationship Manager, Premier Banking

About the role

The Premier Banking Relationship Manager will drive client acquisition, deliver high‑quality service to existing customers, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. This role focuses on expanding the bank's premium client base while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programmes to acquire new customers and increase product penetration.
• Support consumer sales marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide ongoing servicing of client accounts, identify opportunities to extend basic and priority banking services, and promote the bank’s product portfolio.
• Cross‑sell to existing customers to increase share of wallet while adhering to high service standards.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service matters.
• Ensure all sales and service activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• CMFAS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer retail banking, preferably with secured and unsecured loan sales.
• Proven high‑achievement record with no adverse sales or service complaints in the past 12 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly motivated, team‑oriented professional.
