Research Programme Manager – Healthy Longevity

About the role

The Manager (Research Programme Management) will lead NTU’s healthy longevity research agenda, shaping a shared scientific roadmap and coordinating interdisciplinary initiatives across the university’s academic units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a shared scientific roadmap for healthy longevity across NTU’s academic units.
• Implement internal funding initiatives and coordinate research programmes to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and maximise research impact.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic, clinical, government, industry, and international stakeholders.
• Monitor programme performance, funding utilisation, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation of research initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, symposia, and committee support related to healthy longevity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in research programme management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement or partnership development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and project‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, research, public sector or innovation ecosystems is advantageous.
