Resident Technical Officer (Construction & Supervision)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer to lead construction supervision on our projects in Singapore. The role involves ensuring that designs are safely and accurately executed on site while maintaining high standards of safety and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction works in compliance with BCA regulations.
• Verify that design documentation is correctly implemented on site.
• Coordinate on‑site activities and enforce construction safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by the Project Managers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision (BCA) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of construction site experience.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Primavera Project Planning Tool.
