Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will ensure exceptional customer service, optimise staff performance, control costs and uphold our brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Front of House and Back of House activities to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Deliver superior customer service, handling complaints promptly and professionally.
• Review product quality, source new vendors and maintain high standards.
• Organise staff shifts, appraise performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage inventory, forecast needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Control operational costs by identifying waste‑reduction measures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand locally through events and marketing initiatives.
• Train new and existing employees on customer service best practices.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a managerial capacity.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Acute financial management skills.
