About the role

Join CUT BUTCHERY GRILL as a Restaurant Service Crew member, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests across our island‑wide outlets. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 3,500 per month and a dynamic, high‑volume hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide timely, friendly service and exceed guest expectations.
• Upsell promotional items and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Conduct quality checks on meals and address any issues promptly.
• Perform pre‑opening and closing duties following SOPs.
• Maintain food hygiene, safety standards, and outlet cleanliness.
• Follow uniform, grooming, and punctuality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Some prior experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Cheerful, friendly demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work split shifts (10 am‑10 pm) 5 days a week, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with weekdays off.
