About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will lead daily operations in a busy dining environment, ensuring exceptional service and food quality. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate the service crew and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and the service crew to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Perform administrative duties such as stock taking, ordering, and cashier handling.
- Communicate information clearly to staff and guests.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all dining and food preparation areas.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,300 to SGD 4,800.
