About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee our restaurant operations across Singapore. In this middle‑management position you will lead a team of staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that service and safety standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing staff schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to maintain high performance.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving capability and ability to work long hours standing.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
