About the role
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team across all our Singapore locations. In this middle‑management position you will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold our service standards and drive staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Organise workflow by assigning duties, preparing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Oversee and coach employees, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with extended periods of standing.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
