Retail Learning and Development Partner

About the role

As a Retail Learning and Development Partner, you will empower Chanel Fashion Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will design and implement personalized learning journeys, coaching, and onboarding programs that reinforce Chanel’s brand values and drive both employee and client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and monitor learning paths for retail teams, ensuring clear development plans for Fashion Advisors.
• Observe client‑staff interactions to identify capability gaps and define learning needs.
• Create and execute individual and team coaching plans, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate in‑boutique learning sessions (flash training, morning meetings, collection briefings) using blended and digital methods.
• Develop tailored onboarding programs covering product knowledge, selling skills, and client experience.
• Co‑create learning content and development roadmaps with L&D, boutique management, HR, and regional teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, client satisfaction data, and provide insights to retail leaders.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems related to learning and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development or training within a retail or luxury environment.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt content to individual needs.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with boutique managers, HR, and cross‑functional experts.
• Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of Chanel brand heritage.
