Retail Relationship Development Specialist – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a curious adventurer to join Hasbro’s Wizards Play Network in Singapore, driving retail partner onboarding and growth across seven APAC markets. You will work closely with retailers, internal teams and global partners to expand the reach of iconic brands such as Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new WPN retail partners and serve as the primary contact for existing retailers, handling issues, product support and account management.
• Develop and execute growth plans for the Wizards Play Network, identifying new partner opportunities and supporting in‑store and community play programs to boost product velocity.
• Coordinate with APAC, global WPN, marketing and product teams to align regional strategy, share insights and manage promotional calendars.
• Travel regularly across the region to visit partners, attend trade shows, conventions and retailer events, providing on‑the‑ground market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail development, channel sales or account management, preferably within gaming, hobby, toy or FMCG retail.
• Track record of managing a multi‑market portfolio independently and an existing network of retail contacts in one or more APAC markets.
• Strong cross‑cultural interpersonal skills and ability to work across different languages and business norms.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel throughout APAC.
