About the role

The Sales Admin (Customer Service Executive) will support the sales team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth order processing and strong customer relationships. This junior‑level position is based in Singapore and offers exposure to sales, marketing and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and customer documentation.
Coordinate work orders, service agreements, vendor registrations and customer portals.
Track payments and follow up with customers on outstanding accounts.
Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries and performance updates.
Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, visits and feedback.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors and industry developments.
Support marketing, business development and customer engagement initiatives.
