Sales Admin (Customer Service Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Admin / Customer Service Executive to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting the sales function through accurate documentation, order processing and building strong relationships with customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and related customer documentation.
• Coordinate work orders, service agreements, vendor registrations and manage customer portals.
• Track payments, follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection.
• Generate sales reports, quotation summaries and performance updates for management.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, conduct visits and gather feedback to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to inform the sales strategy.
• Assist marketing, business development and customer engagement initiatives as required.
• Support the preparation of sales forecasts and assist in inventory coordination.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
