About the role
Join Venus Beauty as a Sales Assistant Manager and lead a team of retail assistants across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales of beauty products while ensuring a smooth and engaging store experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, housekeeping, and merchandising for your product category.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handle payments, and process refunds professionally.
- Maintain a well‑stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
- Work a roster‑based schedule covering retail hours (10 am–10 pm) with one weekday off.
Required profile
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work a 6‑day roster based on retail hours.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and refunds courteously.
