Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate for Chloe, you will act as the primary relationship owner for our clients, delivering exceptional service and building long‑term loyalty. You will leverage personalized outreach campaigns and the full suite of clienteling tools to meet CRM targets and enhance the boutique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with a portfolio of customers, focusing on high‑value clients (VVICs and VICs).
• Execute personalized REACH‑out campaigns and complete CRM tasks within set timeframes.
• Utilize omnichannel services to drive sales and achieve store and individual KPIs.
• Participate in training, commercial activities, and inventory processes as directed by boutique management.
• Maintain impeccable store environment, back‑of‑house standards, and grooming at all times.
• Identify and report structural repairs needed to preserve a luxurious setting.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
