Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Singapore. The role involves handling daily administrative tasks, processing orders, and managing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations, manage administrative duties, and maintain accurate sales databases and records.
• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and post‑sales support.
• Liaise between clients, sales teams, and internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, presentations, and meeting schedules for management.
• Assist in inventory tracking, pricing updates, and general customer service tasks.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales administration or coordination experience in construction, hardware, or building materials.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
