Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will own the top of the sales funnel, building pipelines and shaping how companies experience food at work. You will identify target companies, reach out to cold contacts, and turn them into booked meetings while leveraging AI‑powered sales tools to work faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation – build targeted lists of B2B prospects and opportunities.
• Research & data mining – find the right contacts, understand their context, and identify the optimal moment to reach out.
• Outreach – run multi‑channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone with messaging that generates replies.
• Lead warming – nurture early‑stage prospects and keep CaterSpot on their radar until they are ready to talk.
• Meeting generation – book qualified calls for the sales team and own conversion numbers.
• Manage AI agents – work with AI‑powered prospecting and outreach tools, monitor output, and help improve their usage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach (B2B preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently ranking in the top 5–10% of your team against quota or pipeline targets.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and LinkedIn, and willing to work hands‑on with AI workflows.
• Organised, self‑directed and persistent.
