Sales Development Representative – Taiwan Market

About the role

We are expanding our Digital Sales organization and are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the Taiwan market. In this role you will partner with our sales teams to generate pipeline, engage prospects, and help drive growth across strategic, enterprise, and mid‑market accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new accounts in Taiwan using account‑based strategies and territory planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline by curating campaigns from the existing library and tailoring messaging to each prospect.
• Develop account plans that highlight customer initiatives and articulate how Splunk’s solutions address their challenges.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecast metrics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience selling or building pipeline for SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, secure meetings, and advance opportunities.
• Strong resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Required skills

• Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) experience (nice‑to‑have).
• Proven ability to develop and execute account plans.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and coordinating sales activities.
