Sales Director, South East Asia

About the role

Fluke is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its South East Asia (SEA) region. In this senior position you will shape sales strategy, coach regional teams and ensure profitable growth across all product lines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned order intake, shipment targets, margin goals and other commercial objectives for the SEA market.
• Define clear sales objectives, allocate targets by segment and territory, and monitor performance.
• Develop and sustain a healthy distribution network, balancing direct sales, channel partners and e‑Commerce.
• Track sales performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Build, coach and retain a professional commercial team across SEA countries.
• Foster a culture aligned with company values and high business standards.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in industrial sectors with strong technical knowledge.
• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably leading multi‑country teams.
• Proven success managing multi‑country sales operations and delivering growth targets.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to motivate, develop and retain talent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
