Sales Engineer – BMS & Building Automation

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer to promote Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation solutions across commercial, industrial and high‑value building projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, contractors, developers and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Promote BMS, automation, HVAC controls and smart building solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation to closing.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BMS, building automation, HVAC controls, ELV, M&E or related automation fields.
• Confident in client‑facing and business development activities with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, developers or end‑users.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to win new business.
