Sales Executive – On Trade

About the role

Heineken is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage the On‑Trade (ONT) channel. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales plans that drive volume growth and strengthen relationships with on‑premise outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to create a sales plan for the assigned ONT segment, aligning with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, understanding their requirements and identifying opportunities to increase sales, including competitive accounts.
• Negotiate business terms, volume incentives, and trade initiatives while monitoring cost and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing to deliver advertising and promotion activities that convey Heineken’s value proposition.
• Prepare and present business plans, conduct regular reviews with outlets, and track the effectiveness of promotional actions.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and propose counter‑measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and generate reports on customer performance and satisfaction.
• Execute BTL activities in‑outlet, ensuring brand strategy, availability, affordability, and visibility are upheld.
