Sales Manager – HORECA (Food Supply)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead FoodMax’s fresh food supply business across the HORECA segment in Singapore, covering hotels, restaurants, cafés and central kitchens. The role is responsible for sales performance, customer acquisition, account management and team leadership to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the HORECA customer base and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and grow strategic HORECA accounts, acting as senior escalation point for pricing and service issues.
• Oversee credit evaluation, billing and collection processes to minimise bad‑debt exposure.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team, setting KPIs, conducting field coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance and customer service to align sales commitments with supply capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in food, fresh produce or F&B supply chain.
• At least 5 years of sales team management experience.
• Strong network and proven track record within Singapore’s HORECA industry.
