Sales Manager

About the role

CloudSway is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive the adoption of its AI‑powered solutions across the region. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and delivering tailored AI infrastructure proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently develop new client opportunities, monitor competitor activity and manage the sales cycle to contract signing.
• Present and explain AI products such as distributed inference services, AI model APIs and AI search solutions.
• Design customized AI infrastructure solutions that align with customers’ business scenarios.
• Collaborate with cloud vendors, internal technical teams and clients to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, drive regional business growth and meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry sales experience, preferably with customers in e‑commerce, gaming, entertainment or other overseas‑expanding sectors.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Market insight and the capacity to adapt sales strategies to evolving cloud‑computing trends.
• Prior experience managing a sales team is a plus.
