Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our company. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic plans and ensure the organisation remains competitive and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence.
• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Implement new sales plans and present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products and competitive status.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to follow company policies, work under pressure and adapt to varied opening hours.
