About the role

Join Spring College International as a Sales & Marketing Executive focused on driving enrollment for both full‑time and part‑time academic programmes. You will engage prospective students and their parents, promote the college’s offerings, and create compelling social‑media content that showcases campus life.

Key responsibilities

• Drive course enrollment for full‑time and part‑time programmes.
• Promote the institution’s programmes to prospective students and parents.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment journey.
• Manage enrollment administration, including visa applications and documentation verification.
• Achieve individual and team enrollment KPIs.
• Create and publish engaging content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
