About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage sales of assigned product categories and achieve targets.
- Oversee inventory management, housekeeping, and merchandising activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist with product displays, and maintain a well‑stocked sales floor.
- Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage customer refunds professionally.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am–10 pm, six days a week with one weekday off).
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
