Senior Analyst – Technology Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Technology Account Management for key customers in Singapore. In this individual‑contributor role you will combine technical expertise with strong customer‑engagement skills to ensure successful delivery and operation of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end technology and operational relationships with assigned customers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Execute project elements and processes within the Technology Account Management function independently.
• Track, coordinate, and resolve customer incidents with internal technical teams.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk issues appropriately and support release communications and customer readiness activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, prepare Quarterly Operational Reviews, and provide basic product guidance and training.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and support solution development for new products or services.
• Mentor junior team members and manage smaller projects or initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technology account management or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, and technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and drive continuous improvement.
