Senior Architect – Large‑Scale High‑Tech Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, large‑scale projects for leading technology companies. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from concept through construction and handover, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design to final handover.
• Prepare tender documentation, including specifications, summary of tender and schedule of rates.
• Act as Work Package Owner, overseeing progress, QA/QC coordination and completion documentation.
• Chair subcontractor progress meetings and weekly client architectural meetings.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and compliance teams to align construction with approved specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure Architectural System Supervisors have up‑to‑date documents.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to communicate design intent and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture, preferably from a BOA‑accredited university.
• 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 2 years on fast‑track projects.
• Experience in design and construction of architectural services systems for semiconductor, sustainable energy, pharmaceutical, healthcare or biotech facilities.
• Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Revit, BCA Green Mark Manager, BCA Universal Design Assessor, LEED‑AP, WELLS‑AP or Design for Safety are preferred.
