Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Internal Communications & Engagement

About the role

The Senior Associate / Assistant Manager will join the Quality Service Management (QSM) team to drive internal communications, community engagement and staff recognition across a large airport ecosystem. You will act as a bridge between operational units and the wider airport community, ensuring initiatives are clearly communicated and that employees feel connected and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational line units to communicate airport‑wide initiatives through multiple internal channels.
• Plan, write and curate content for newsletters, intranet, and the ONE Changi App.
• Partner with the video content producer to develop storyboards, scripts and video assets that support engagement and education.
• Maintain the content calendar for the ONE Changi App and oversee vendor coordination for app enhancements.
• Design and deliver programmes that foster belonging, appreciation and connection among airport staff.
• Organise staff engagement events, recognition ceremonies and awards that celebrate service excellence.
• Build partnerships with diverse stakeholders to drive participation in engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, community management or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing ability with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of internal partners and building cross‑functional relationships.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Energetic, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in video production and editing.
