About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Family Law practice, handling a wide spectrum of matters from divorce to cross‑border disputes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage divorce, ancillary, child‑related, maintenance, adoption, family‑violence and cross‑border family law matters.
- Provide independent legal advice on complex family law issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic solutions.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience in family law.
- Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle both contentious and non‑contentious matters independently.
- Excellent judgment, professionalism and client‑time management.
