Senior Associate – Risk & Compliance Solutions (Asset & Wealth)

About the role

PwC’s Risk & Compliance Solutions team within Asset & Wealth Managed Services is looking for a Senior Associate to help leading asset managers, wealth managers and digital advisors navigate regulatory requirements and optimise their risk frameworks. You will work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, providing expert guidance on governance, risk and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to fund managers, wealth managers, digital advisors and other capital‑market intermediaries on governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Cover areas such as compliance frameworks, AML/CFT, outsourcing, culture and conduct, technology risk and product compliance.
• Conduct business‑process and control reviews, produce control assurance reports, identify gaps and recommend remediation.
• Perform walk‑through interviews, identify key controls and design audit procedures to evaluate design and operating effectiveness.

Required profile

• Seasoned professional with experience in regulatory compliance, risk management and internal controls within asset or wealth management or related capital‑market sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.
• Experience with digital solutions and technology risk is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk‑management methodologies.
• Understanding of AML/CFT regulations, internal control assessment and audit procedures.
• Familiarity with governance, outsourcing, culture & conduct, and technology risk in asset/wealth management contexts.
