Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Litigation & Corporate Advisory Roles

About the role

CNPLaw LLP is seeking experienced legal professionals to join its Litigation and Corporate Advisory teams in Singapore. The firm offers senior‑associate or junior‑partner positions in dispute resolution, as well as associate and senior‑associate roles focused on corporate M&A, employment law and commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high‑value litigation and arbitration matters, both independently and as part of a team.
• Provide advice on cross‑border commercial disputes across the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Support global mobility, corporate restructuring and manpower relocation projects.
• Assist partners on technology services engagements and a broad portfolio of domestic and cross‑border transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial documentation.
• Conduct legal research, analysis and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Admitted Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (other common‑law admissions considered).
• For litigation roles: 5–19 years post‑qualification experience with solid litigation/arbitration exposure.
• For corporate advisory roles: 2–5 years post‑qualification experience with demonstrable expertise in employment law, commercial contracts, corporate M&A or general corporate advisory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
