About the role
The Senior Audit Associate will lead audit engagements, manage client expectations, and ensure high‑quality audit delivery. This role involves working closely with junior staff and clients in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements of varying sizes, from planning to conclusion.
- Review and guide the work of less experienced personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to execute audit plans and meet timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Identify unethical behavior and apply appropriate ethical principles.
- Analyze the impact of changing business environments on client operations.
- Obtain audit evidence and assess key risks.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of audit or related experience.
- Ability to act in accordance with professional standards.
- Strong project‑management skills to manage timelines.
- Experience coaching junior team members.
- Effective communication within cross‑functional, culturally diverse teams.
- Commitment to personal development and performance improvement.
