Senior Business Analyst - IWMS

About the role

JLL is hiring a Lead Business Analyst (LBA) to work with its global Fortune 500 customers and improve real estate and facilities management (REFM) operations through technology and process improvement. The LBA leads and supports Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) projects, mentors junior Business Analysts and acts as a strategic advisor to client REFM leadership. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise between customer REFM stakeholders, the JLL project team and the IWMS vendor, and take part in planning sessions on behalf of the customer
• Manage the requirements process: collection, definition, documentation, mockups and approvals
• Create documentation such as as-is and to-be processes, operating procedures, KPIs, reporting objectives, data templates and management plans
• Drive test cases, process change requests, scope, acceptance, installation and deployment, and train end users on IWMS
• Run data queries to find data issues, run data queries to find data issues, and lead multiple concurrent IWMS projects to on-time, on-budget delivery
• Mentor and upskill junior Business Analysts, assign and monitor their work, validate their deliverables and resolve stakeholder conflicts

Required profile

• BS or BA in a related discipline or related experience
• 7-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, including leading project teams and mentoring juniors
• 5+ years leading requirements analysis and documentation across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience leading project teams using formal PM processes (PMI, Six Sigma, Agile, Lean)

Required skills

• Implementation and deployment experience with ARCHIBUS or a similar IWMS application
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint
• Preferred: ARCHIBUS, TRIRIGA or other IWMS software, and conceptual knowledge of AutoCAD, Crystal Reports or Business Objects
