Senior Change Process Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Change Process Manager who is fluent in French and has strong English communication skills. The role is focused on overseeing change, release, incident and problem management processes within a high‑availability, regulated IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major incident handling, coordinating support teams and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
• Drive change enablement, release, incident and problem management activities in line with ITIL best practices.
• Maintain governance over IT service management processes, ensuring compliance with audit, operational risk and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application owners to understand dependencies across Unix, Windows, network, database, middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage and monitoring ecosystems.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, preferably in IT operations, production or application support, infrastructure, or service governance.
• Experience in banking, capital markets or other regulated technology environments is a strong advantage.
• Prior exposure to audit, operational risk, controls or resilience governance is beneficial.
• Fluent French speaker with strong English communication abilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices (Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Service Validation, Continual Improvement).
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Service Management.
• Understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies across Unix, Windows, networking, databases, middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage and monitoring.
• Proven experience in change, release, incident and problem management processes.
