Senior Consultant / Associate Manager – Automation & Risk Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant / Associate Manager to lead the automation of regulatory and risk reporting processes. You will work closely with Credit Risk, IT and compliance teams to transform manual reporting workflows into scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Alteryx workflows to automate regulatory and risk reporting.
• Convert Excel, VBA and Access‑based reports into repeatable, automated processes.
• Assess, document and remediate End User Computing (EUC) tools to meet BCBS239 standards.
• Collaborate with business, IT and vendor stakeholders to identify reporting improvements.
• Lead workshops, drive user adoption and promote best practices in reporting automation.
• Define project governance, milestones and stakeholder responsibilities aligned with BCBS239 objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial services or related industries.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Alteryx for workflow design, data transformation and automation.
• Proven ability to work across business, IT, compliance and vendor teams in complex environments.
• Excellent project management, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory reporting, risk, finance or accounting processes.
