Senior Consultant – Banking Technology Lead

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead technology discussions for large‑scale core banking transformation programs across multiple countries. The role combines hands‑on technical design with strategic client engagement, helping banks modernise their platforms and deliver secure, integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology discussions for ongoing banking transformation programmes.
• Conduct design reviews, create sequence diagrams, and evaluate customisations and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams in a fast‑changing technology landscape.
• Build relationships with client architects and generate demand for Infosys service offerings.
• Translate client business requirements into value‑led technical solutions.
• Present status updates and manage escalations in management meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technology lead on large core‑banking transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑country roll‑outs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
