Senior Consultant – Level 3 Production Support (Java)

About the role

This position provides Level 3 production support for high‑volume Java applications that form the core of a regulatory reporting technology suite. You will help ensure the stability, availability, and resilience of business‑critical trading systems used for data sourcing, reporting, and regulatory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day operations, respond to alerts, and proactively identify issues affecting application stability.
• Resolve user and production incidents, coordinate releases, and support business‑continuity activities across global regions.
• Deliver minor bug fixes, automate repetitive processes, and assist with technology‑risk remediation.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain data quality and system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Level 3 application support for high‑volume, business‑critical Java applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting environments and trading systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑regional support model.
