Senior Consultant / Principal, Space and Digital Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level consultant to lead strategy and execution for multinational enterprises operating in the aerospace, telecommunications and data‑center sectors. The role combines deep technical knowledge of satellite operations and ground‑station infrastructure with M&A and post‑merger integration expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategy consulting and execution support to aerospace MNEs and high‑growth space‑tech startups.
• Analyse client financials, business models and workflows to improve launch‑control processes, satellite orbit calculations and software engineering practices.
• Lead design, feasibility and construction of micro‑ or containerised data‑centres and ground‑station infrastructure across Singapore, SE‑Asia, South‑Asia, Central Asia and Africa.
• Drive post‑merger integration for acquired companies, delivering Day‑100 plans, cultural integration, synergy capture and compliance with data‑protection, tax and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple client stakeholders, manage project teams and ensure timely delivery in line with executive expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years as an IT software engineer in the aerospace sector.
• Proven track record in launch‑control, satellite orbit calculation or related software engineering.
• Experience leading large‑scale infrastructure projects and post‑merger integration initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and reside on‑site for extended periods in project locations.
