Senior Coordinator EHS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Coordinator EHS to support project management in implementing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives that align with our core values. You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation while assisting the EHS officer in establishing project EHS management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and risk‑impact assessment briefings.
• Act as a safety assessor for Permit to Work systems, inspecting work areas and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with risk‑impact assessments and EHS procedures.
• Investigate incidents, propose corrective and preventive actions, and assist in preparing incident reports.
• Participate actively as a member of the EHS committee.

Required profile

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety.
• Additional professional EHS training certificates are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly structured, systematic and detail‑oriented.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
