Senior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst you will support Sonova’s Lead Generation Factory by delivering insightful reports and analyses. Working closely with local and regional teams, you will help drive the company’s 2030 ambitions through data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a suite of reports for stakeholders across the LGF unit.
• Conduct independent ad‑hoc analyses and deep‑dives to answer business questions.
• Define relevant KPIs, tracking parameters and calculation methods.
• Clean, filter, combine and integrate datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Develop data‑related solutions and influence business decisions.
• Prioritise stakeholder requirements and manage project timelines.
• Present findings to diverse audiences and lead data‑focused projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business data, reporting or analytics.
• Strong focus on data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Good understanding of data governance, quality and ownership principles.
• Ability to define business rules, data definitions and quality checks with domain experts.
• Working knowledge of reporting, analytics, master data or source system processes.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
