Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Yara, a global leader in sustainable agriculture, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive strategic data initiatives across the organization. You will translate complex business challenges into analytical solutions that support decision‑making at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and refinement of complex business problems from a technical and strategic perspective.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and analytical frameworks using SQL, Python, Metabase and PowerBI.
• Produce high‑impact visualisations, interactive dashboards and predictive reports for senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, align business requirements with executive priorities, and communicate insights clearly.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product and development teams to ensure data infrastructure meets future analytical needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑driven projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex results to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to delivery.
