Senior Digital Product Manager - Accor Plus

About the role

Accor is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end digital product strategy for Accor Plus, its loyalty subscription business serving over 480,000 members across 30 countries. You will drive product vision, customer experience and commercial outcomes across web, mobile and member-engagement platforms, supporting Accor's global digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital product roadmap for the Accor Plus member journey, from acquisition and onboarding to engagement and retention
• Align product strategy with Accor Customer, Digital and Tech's transformation goals and hospitality experience standards
• Identify new digital opportunities that enhance member value, loyalty and revenue
• Run discovery, research and experimentation to turn member insights into personalised, frictionless digital journeys
• Manage the product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch and optimisation
• Work with UX, engineering, data, tech, customer, marketing and loyalty teams
• Prioritise features using data-driven frameworks such as impact vs effort and OKRs
• Partner with regional business leaders so digital products support commercial KPIs
• Present product vision, progress and performance to senior stakeholders, and define and track KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, NPS and revenue contribution

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, User Experience or similar
• Proven digital product management experience, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Confident communicator able to present strategy to executives, work with global teams across time zones and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• User-centred design principles and methodologies
• Product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Asana
• Building prototypes with coding tools
