Senior E-Commerce Executive – Brand.com Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior E‑Commerce Executive to lead sales growth and manage day‑to‑day operations of our brand.com platform across Singapore. The role combines strategic planning, customer interaction, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive brand.com e‑commerce sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy, aligning with overall business goals.
• Handle online sales enquiries and customer feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and online advertising.
• Design and launch e‑commerce campaigns to boost conversion rates.
• Ensure a smooth customer buying journey on the website.
• Work with logistics to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct analysis, and implement webpage enhancements.
• Gather insights, best practices, and new social‑selling initiatives.
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs and undertake ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of e‑commerce operations experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Prior experience managing brand.com e‑commerce operations is highly desirable.
